Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about fit, installation, surfaces and weight.
Will these brackets damage my walls when removed?
They eliminate the need for drilled holes and anchors. For the cleanest removal, use them on smooth, sealed surfaces and peel them away slowly. Results may vary depending on the surface and paint condition.
What surfaces work best for installation?
Clean, dry, smooth and non-porous surfaces such as tile, glass, metal, marble and sealed wood provide the strongest bond. Avoid rough, dusty, peeling or uneven surfaces.
Will the brackets fit my curtain rod?
They fit standard round rods measuring 0.39–0.78 inches (10–20 mm) in diameter.
How long should I wait before hanging the rod?
Wait at least 24 hours after pressing the brackets into place. This allows the adhesive to set before adding the rod and curtain weight.
Can I use them with heavy or blackout curtains?
A properly installed pair supports approximately 6.6–11 lbs. They are best suited to standard curtains, sheer drapes and café rods. Very heavy insulated curtains may require permanent hardware.
Do I need a drill, screws or special tools?
No. Clean and dry the surface, remove the backing, press the brackets firmly into place and allow them to set for 24 hours.
Does the package include a curtain rod?
No. The package includes the adhesive rod brackets in your selected bundle quantity. Curtain rods and curtains are sold separately.
