General Terms of Sale

We take pride in the precision of our products. Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges, with the singular exception of items verified to have manufacturing defects or cases where an incorrect product was dispatched.

Issues & Damaged Goods

Quality is our hallmark. If your item arrives compromised, flawed, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We are committed to a fair resolution through the following process:

How to file a claim (within 7 days of delivery):

  • Email us at support@myenewton.com with your 290SHOP Order ID.
  • Include a brief summary of the technical or physical issue.
  • Attach high-resolution photos or a video clearly documenting the defect or the incorrect item received.

Our audit team will review your submission to determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement, a partial credit, or a total refund based on the specific circumstances.

Refund Reversal

If a refund is authorized, it will be credited back to your original payment source. Most credits appear within 7-12 business days. Please be aware that the final timeline is dependent on your card issuer or bank's internal processing protocols.

Unauthorized Shipments

CRITICAL: Do not return any products to our administrative address without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team.

Packages sent without prior coordination will not be accepted. Myenewton is unable to provide refunds, replacements, or logistical assistance for any unauthorized returns.
