At Myenewton, we prioritize the safe and efficient transit of your travel gear. Below is a comprehensive guide on our logistics process and what you can expect after placing your order.

01. Fulfillment & Handling

Our logistics team initiates the fulfillment process immediately. We typically require 3 business days to perform quality inspections, secure packaging, and transfer your parcel to our carrier partners. Orders placed over the weekend will be prioritized for dispatch on the following Monday.

02. Transit Times & Rates

Once dispatched, domestic and international shipments generally arrive within 10-20 business days. We offer a simplified flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD for all global destinations.

03. Potential Delays

While we strive for punctuality, external factors such as customs clearances or local carrier peak seasons may impact delivery speeds. We appreciate your understanding during these rare occurrences.

04. Real-Time Tracking

A Shipping Confirmation email containing your 290SHOP tracking ID will be sent as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. You may monitor its progress at:

*Note: Tracking information often takes 2-3 days to sync with the carrier's digital dashboard.

05. Partial Shipments

To expedite delivery, multi-item orders may be dispatched in separate parcels from different regional warehouses. You will receive a unique tracking number for every package included in your order.

06. Modification Protocol

Address corrections or item changes are time-critical. If you notice an error, contact support@myenewton.com within 12 hours of purchase. Please include your 290SHOP Order ID and the specific adjustment required. We cannot guarantee changes once an order enters the fulfillment stage.

07. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable during delivery, carriers typically leave a notification for local post office collection. Myenewton is not responsible for packages returned to us due to inaccurate addresses or failure to collect within the carrier's timeframe.

08. Shipping Inquiries

If your package seems stalled, follow these steps:

  • Check History: If the last update was within 7 days, your package is still in active transit.
  • When to Email: If there has been no movement for over 7 business days, contact us with your 290SHOP ID for a status investigation.

09. Lost & Stolen Packages

Lost in Transit: If our carrier investigation confirms a parcel is lost before delivery, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.

Post-Delivery: Our liability ends once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We do not cover theft or loss occurring after a successful delivery to your specified address.

10. Logistics Origin

We maintain inventory in the US, Canada, EU, and Australia. To ensure the best pricing and availability, some specialty items may be shipped directly from our primary manufacturing partners globally.
