1. PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING FEE
Every order, especially our personalized and initial-based pieces, goes through a careful review to ensure it meets our aesthetic and quality standards.
- Order Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, quality inspection, and packaging.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays (such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or Christmas) or promotional events, processing time may take up to 5 business days.
- Shipping Fee: We offer Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $5.99 (worldwide).
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Because our products ship from our global partner facilities to ensure the best selection, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Tracking Updates: Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created. If tracking does not show immediate movement, rest assured — your jewelry is on its way.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
- Myenewton is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We work quickly to prepare and ship your order to ensure timely gifting.
- If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@myenewton.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once processing has begun (especially for custom-engraved items), we are unable to modify or cancel the shipment.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Your satisfaction and a seamless gifting experience are our priorities.
- Damaged Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged or with a defect, please email us clear photos within 72 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Myenewton is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows “Delivered”. If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors and contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
